Terms of use and data processing
Version of 26 October 2026
IOR is a platform where design studios run projects together with their employees and clients. Here, briefly and honestly, is what happens to your data.
Who is responsible for the data
The studio that invited you decides what data goes into projects and who sees it. The IOR platform stores and processes this data on the studio’s behalf and doesn’t use it for its own purposes.
What data we process
Your name and e-mail, chat messages, comments, files and project data entered by you or the studio. Technically — the sign-in session and, if you turned them on, this device’s notification subscription.
What for
To run projects, communicate and send notifications. We don’t sell data or show ads. If the studio uses AI (message translation, voice recognition), the text or recording concerned is passed through Cloudflare to the provider of the model the studio chose (for example Google or OpenAI), only for that action.
Who sees your data
Only the project’s members — each within their role. The studio’s leads see all studio chats: this is oversight of the work. Other studios and third-party companies don’t see your data.
How long it is kept
As long as the studio uses the platform. If the studio stops paying, after 30 days the account is frozen, and after 90 days all its data is deleted permanently. Before deletion, the studio can get an export.
Your rights
You can ask the studio to show, correct or delete your data. If you stop working with the studio, your access closes, and what you did stays in the studio’s project history.
Cookies
Only to keep you signed in. No tracking and no ads.
Changes to the terms
If the terms change, we’ll show the new version and ask for your consent again.
