Questions
How much does IOR cost?
Both studios and suppliers start for free. When projects and files grow, you choose a plan. The studio’s clients always use their cabinet for free.
Do I need to install anything?
No. IOR works in the browser on a computer and a phone; on a phone it can be added as an app.
Can we bring our spreadsheets?
Yes. Blocks from Excel or Google Sheets paste into the sheet right away. If you want, we help set the studio up and move the projects.
How does income from finished projects work?
You switch the project to «Without supervision»: the client sends requests to the recommended suppliers and buys. The supplier’s discount is shared between the client and you.
Will a supplier see my client?
No. Until the choice the studio is anonymous to other suppliers: they see only positions, quantities and the city. Your own suppliers get requests in the studio’s name.
Where is the data kept?
In Cloudflare’s cloud in Europe, a separate database for every studio. A studio may export its data at any time.
